We hold GRS. The TR CU 017/2011 declaration of conformity is filed by the importer or an authorised person in the EAEU — we supply the technical file, samples and test reports. Usually 2–4 weeks.
Base shades from stock within 72 hours. Custom batch: usually 15–25 days production plus logistics — rail around 18–25 days, sea 20–35 days, road to Moscow from about 5–6 days.
Settlement in CNY via the CIPS channel. Usual scheme: 30% advance, 70% against a copy of the bill of lading. Terms are confirmed before each major payment.
